Summary of the Project

HFM recently undertook an electricity & gas procurement project for a government building located in Australian Capital Territory (ACT); as a result of this it’s expected that the building will save approximately $169K during the contracted period for their energy charges and $6K per annum in their gas charges.

The energy market is made up of several components which determine the overall charges of a site.

In order to identify the most suitable energy retailer for the client’s needs, HFM conducted:

  • Planning
  • Market Analysis
  • Issue Request for Tender to market
  • Data Analysis & Recommendations
  • Evaluation consensus
  • Negotiation and Execution of agreements

Results This client from the government sector now has an electricity contract and a gas contract that meet their requirements, saving about $50K per annum (combined)

Since 2003, we’ve been transforming buildings across Australia into efficient, economic and compliant assets for our clients.
